Home Watch Services

Take a vacation or enjoy peace of mind while away knowing your home is checked. We inspect the exterior, walk every room, check the mailbox, turn water on and flush pipes, then turn water back off, and confirm windows, doors, ceilings, and floors are secure and damage-free.

Pricing: Mobile/manufactured homes $40, Single story home $55, 2 story home $70, Condos – 1 unit $30, 2–4 units $25, 5+ units $20.

Vacation Rental Inspections

Have peace of mind by having your property checked after guests leave. We can visit during cleaning to ensure all is being done, or after cleaners as a pre-check before the next guest. We test lights, remotes, stove burners, oven, microwave, hairdryer, washer, and dryer so everything is guest-ready.

Pricing: Mobile/manufactured homes $20, Single story home $55, 2 story home $70, Condos – 1 unit $30, 2–4 units $25, 5+ units $20.

Service Coordination

If your home needs a repair, cleaning, delivery, or service and you can’t be there, we’ll be your on-site contact. We meet vendors, oversee the visit, and make sure your home is secure when they leave.

Pricing: Starting at $25+ per visit. Final pricing is customized and invoiced at scheduling to lock in your service.

Hurricane Preparation

New to storms or just need extra hands? We help bring in outdoor furniture and décor, remove rugs and pool items, coordinate shutter installs, move vehicles to storage, and provide walk-through video inspections before and after the storm.

Pricing: Pricing is customized and invoiced at scheduling once your needs are confirmed.
